I’m a designer and strategist, a hybrid who moves between strategy and making.

I improve product and brand experiences by combining research, systems thinking, and hands-on craft. I make product experiences and brands more usable and more human for the people who rely on them.

I’ve built a cross-disciplinary career on purpose, moving between strategy, design systems, and execution depending on what the project (or day) requires¹. I’m interdisciplinary by nature and my work lives in multimedia, dancing at the intersection of where disciplines meet.

My process combines design thinking and creative processes, applied through the lens of a seasoned business operator.
I have an MFA in Communication Design from Pratt Institute and an MBA from Montclair State University and I spent a decade working across a variety of industries as a strategic partner building organizations and products from the ground up.

My projects have varied in size and scope and span industries. My clients have included small local businesses in CPG and architecture, growing startups in B2B, consumer technology and SaaS, Fortune 500 organizations such as Apple, Tesla, UPS, and Marsh & McClennan, and Fortune 1000 organizations such as Encompass Health.

¹A day in the life has sometimes looked like...

10am - Meeting with my cross-functional team to talk through the product roadmap
11am - Jumping on a sales call to help scope out a product strategy for a potential customer
1pm - Working with a client to strategize increased adoption for their next big marketing push
3pm - Debugging a tech issue from a customer support inquiry
5pm - Jumping into InDesign to work on an ongoing book design project

Personal Background
I’ve lived between New York and California for the past 15 years.

Nothing beats a California sunset or the farmers markets in Marin County². Nor does anything compete with New York’s endlessly walkable streets and neighborhoods from which to explore, learn, and connect, its unmatched food scene (sorry San Francisco), and its architecture which layers, time, culture and beauty.

I enjoy walking around aimlessly in the city (and around the world), visiting countless cafes, and reading a good book (favorite this year was All the Beauty in the World: The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Me).

I currently live and work in Brooklyn, NY with my two cats Coco and Cimmy.

²I spent 4 years volunteering for the Agricultural Institute of Marin Farmer’s Market. It’s the most amazing place with the most amazing people.
